- Log in as local Administrator (not AllPsych\Administrator)
- \\blue\Software\non-CDs\CygWin
- Start setup.exe
- ...
- Choose: Install from Local Directory
- Leave "Install For" and "Default Text File Type" as is ("All Users", and "Unix")
- ...
- Select Packages: Change "All # Default" to "All # Install" by clicking at the word "All" just ONCE!
(Be patient, it may take some time to change all entries from Default to Install)
