There are two airports close to Delft, Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam) and Rotterdam The Hague Airport. The latter is a little closer and above all, much smaller and quieter, but it only serves a selection of destinations and public transport from this airport to Delft goes via a once-an-hour bus or via Rotterdam.

Trains go regularly from Schiphol to Delft, there’s a direct train twice an hour and at least two more connections with a change at Leiden or Rotterdam,
See for general information:
and for detailed formation about trains:
Taxi rates start at 65,- to travel from Schiphol to Delft.

See for planning your transportation:

If you will travel via train you will have to buy tickets at the yellow vendor machines. If you travel via bus or tram, you need an OV-chip-card, see http://www.ret.nl/en/service-and-sales/ov-chipcard.html for the alternatives.

If you travel by car: Parking at campus is free, but during office hours it is hard to find an open place – usually there are open spaces at the aula and EWI Parking lots, see attached map. Parking in Delft centre is not free and can best be done in one of the Parking garages. At the Zuidpoort and Phoenix parking garages you pay € 14.00 for a day ticket. The rate for 15 minutes is € 0.55. The Markt garage is more affordable, with a day pass costing only € 7.00. More information is available here.
